E. R. Joshi, a graduate in Economics with training experience in service matters and office automation is Deputy Secretary to Government, General Administration Department. Before joining at KITTS in 2011, he worked in Food and Civil Supplies, Tourism, Agriculture and Health Departments at the Government Secretariat. He also worked with the office of the Minister for Revenue, Government of Kerala for more than ten years. His areas of specialisation include establishment, accounts & audit and legislative.
